ZTR is in search of a customer-focused Technical Services Representative to be the first point of contact for customer support within our Industrial IoT Division. 

 

The Technical Services & Support team plays a key role in our personalized approach to business by providing exceptional frontline service for troubleshooting critical issues and supporting our valued customer relationships.

As a Technical Services Representative, you will:

  • Respond to Level 1 inbound customer calls and emails for all products and services we support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and application issues for our rental clients, fleet customers and construction equipment OEMs
  • Coordinate timely escalation and support efforts.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of support requests and actions taken.
  • Participate in additional support-related activities such as remote Field Follow, Fleet Health Reporting and data analysis.

 

We are looking for: 

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service-based or technical support position
  • Post-secondary education in a technology or electrical/electronics related field is a strong asset
  • Solid technical and troubleshooting abilities
  • Strong and professional communication skills
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple shifting priorities effectively
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Quick learner with a passion for technology
  • Ability to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset
  • Must be flexible to work shifts between 3:00 am and 7:00 pm EST
