Description

Position Purpose 

The Manager, HR technology will be the technology owner and leader for the HR technology stack.  This person will work closely with operations teams to improve adoption, integrations, establish reporting, create ROI measures and improve end user satisfaction of the HR technology stack. 

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for developing programs with operations teams using the HR technology stack.
  • Accountable for establishing the ROI measures for HR technology stack.       
  • Support HR teams with programs that will simplify operational tasks, improve process workflow and reduce manual effort during the employees life cycle.
  • Measure insight across success criteria, process workflow, process compliance, automation accuracy and tool stack usage.
  • Recommend architecture, integration and data reporting.
  • Be a key point of contact between HR, Learning, Finance and technical teams.
  • Provide input on program improvement and road map for HR Stack.
  • Evaluate and optimize our existing integrations and workflow to recommend improvement.
  • Enable new features and functionality in the HR technical stack to increase adoption and simplify HR process efforts.
  • Demonstrate ownership for HR Technologies that include; Vendor Management, training, satisfaction, ROI, roadmap, integrations, security and compliance

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum 10-15 years professional experience in an operationally focused capacity ideally within high growth companies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, managing and optimizing HR technology stack.
  • Proven success managing HR Technology tools (UltiPro Kronos Group, TalentLMS, Sage)
  • Proven experience integrating with Microsoft Tools and 3rd party HR integrations for benefit providers in use for multiple countries.
  • Advanced skills in designing and scaling best in class processes including requirement gathering activities.
