We are looking to grow our team again by hiring an IT Team Manager with a good mix of analytical, problem-solving and client relations skills. This is an incredible opportunity to lead a highly collaborative team in a highly client-driven business.

Key responsibilities
- To lead and support a team of IT Specialists providing consulting services for LBM customers
- Promote and sell existing products or services to our clients, while also developing new IT solutions that can be standardized to solve client’s business challenges and provides additional value to clients
- Work together to standardize existing tools with clear goals, project plans and timely completion
- Accountable for the completion of Consulting projects with attention to details, accurately and on time
- Coach and develop the team’s skills so employees and the company can achieve their growth goals
- Monitor projects for accuracy of Microsoft SQL Code and Python language
- Maintain a highly collaborative, inclusive workplace culture where all employees are always valued and treated with dignity and respect
- Communicate with the President about progress on critical, high impact projects and tasks
- Role out new client-focused task/project management tool to lay a foundation for future growth
- Create Operational Project Plans, Standardized meeting agendas, PowerPoint presentations, training documentation, ensuring they are current and readily available
- Conduct quality control audits to reduce errors, provide feedback to employees to improve accuracy of information
- Be the point of contact for escalated issues from customers, balancing client expectations and the needs of the business

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science
- 3-5 years related IT experience leading a remote and on-site team of consultants
- Proficient in Python
- Proficient in writing Transact SQL Views, Stored Procedures, jobs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Microsoft Teams
- Familiar with ERP systems for Point of Sale, SalesForce Dashboards, Logistics, CRM, AP, AR, etc. (Specifically, Epicor BisTrack would be an asset)
- Experience with Crystal Reports an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2012-2019 an asset
