Mobile Water Treatment Operations Leader - Pall Water

About the Mobile Operations Leader role:

Reporting to the Global Operations and Supply Chain Director and working in our Guelph location, this role is responsible for leading and running all areas of our mobile operations. This includes project management, fleet management, P&L accountability, cross-functional support requirements, inventory management, preventative maintenance and refurbishment, sales support, development of standard work, and continuous improvement.

• Build and effectively implement processes to improve quality and reduce defects or cost

• New product development, working closely with R&D and Engineering teams to launch new Mobile products with world-class levels of supplier Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost/Customer (SQDC)

• Customer management and project management duties

• Establish standard work and contract management

Are you qualified?

Our top candidate will have a strong operational leadership background in the water industry (including mobile business). Our minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations Management or Engineering; MBA or other advanced degrees strongly preferred

• 5+ years of technical operations leadership experience

• 5-10 years of solid experience in the Water Treatment Industry, Mobile Water Treatment, acquisition integration and experience leading a mobile and remote workforce a plus

• Leadership competencies and team development skills including succession planning, top grading and developing future leaders

• Ability to drive continuous improvement around market research, customers wants and needs, as well as assets and deployment
