Note: This is a full-time temporary Support position until September 2, 2024 (35 hours per week).

Duties: In collaboration with Marketing, Recruitment, Communications and creative colleagues within the Reputation and Brand Management department, the Marketing Officer is responsible for assisting in the College effort to reach and exceed enrolment targets. The incumbent will lead the development and execution of marketing and communications plans for academic and service departments; contribute to the development of the annual recruitment plan; leads the development of annual advertising and marketing campaigns; regularly coordinates market research, and champions the College brand. Thorough knowledge of all post-secondary programs and services is required.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary 3-year diploma/degree in Marketing/Communications
  • Minimum 5 years’ related work experience in a combination of marketing, advertising, printing, publishing, graphic arts, and multi-media production
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Experience with email marketing, web analytics, and marketing automation systems an asset
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Drupal and social media platforms is an asset
  • Proven track record of written published works to meet College standards
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
