We're hiring a Senior Analyst, Distribution Strategy. This team has a unique vantage point within the Group Customer division (Workplace benefits and retirement solutions) and advises senior leaders on some of the most challenging questions.
The Distribution strategy team is responsible for commercialization, partnership development and sales enablement initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and regions to drive strategic planning and execute initiatives that enable continuous and step-change growth.

The base salary for this position is between $64,500 - $107,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). What you will do
- Strategic planning:
- Play a key role in the development and tracking of the organization’s long-term strategic plan
- Analyze markets and growth opportunities (internal and external)
- Engage stakeholders from across the organization to explore, share and collaborate on Strat plans
- Strategy projects and major initiatives:
- Work with Strategy leaders and management team to help build business cases for major projects and strategy initiatives
- Assist in the development of pitch decks and financial models
- Draft white papers and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaboration and stakeholder relationship management:
- Understand and stay current with the competitive landscape
- Partner with senior Strategy leaders in navigating and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within major industry partners
- Support the incubation of new ideas to maintain/enhance competitive position
- Track performance, trends, and strategic priorities of key distribution partners
What you will bring
- 3+ years in strategic project or market analysis roles
- Knowledge of the Workplace benefits and Retirement solutions industry
- Experience with end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives or workstreams within projects
- Strong expertise in financial modelling and financial analysis
- Strong strategic, analytical ability and intellectual curiosity to solve business challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
