The Senior Digital Strategist leads tbk’s high-performance digital advertising and media buying strategies, working with top-tier clients to maximize marketing investments. This role requires an expert in digital marketing with significant experience in paid media, platform management, and data-driven campaign optimization. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader, able to strategize, execute, and refine marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms while coaching a team of marketers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve outstanding results to reach out client’s business goals.

Proactive Performance Management: Anticipate client business needs by forecasting and proactively reporting on marketing goals, consistently staying ahead of potential issues or market changes.
Stay Informed and Innovative: Stay current with the latest marketing trends, platforms, and technologies, consistently bringing innovative solutions and fresh ideas to client strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute advanced digital marketing strategies, focusing on paid media, to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Collaborate closely with client projects teams (marketers, copywriters, designers) to implement digital marketing plans and ensure seamless execution.
- Lead media buying initiatives, optimizing ad spends across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, StackAdapt, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Produce detailed reports, strategic reviews, and future recommendations for clients, presenting data-driven insights to guide campaign optimizations and new initiatives.
- Regularly review and analyze digital campaign performance, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success and make informed adjustments to improve return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze competitor strategies, identify market opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to guide client decision-making.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients, fostering long-term relationships, understanding evolving business needs, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Actively participate in monthly client and team meetings, guiding decisions that maximize client investments and deliver measurable outcomes.

- Report regularly to leadership on digital strategy performance, media spend efficiency, and progress toward client business goals.

- Stay ahead of emerging digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms, sharing insights to foster innovation company-wide
Skills Required
- At least 5 years of recent experience in a fast-paced agency environment, managing large-scale digital advertising accounts.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing execution with a focus on digital, traditional, and social platforms. Strong leadership abilities and proven success in leading high-performance digital marketing teams.
- Post-Secondary education in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications.
- Deep experience in digital advertising planning, media buying, and cross-platform campaign management (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt).
- Exceptional skills in digital advertising planning and media buying.
- High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced analytics tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and strategically to overcome complex marketing challenges and drive results.

- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
