Marketing Specialist

The Role:

This person will support the marketing strategy & analytics team by assisting with data analysis tasks, providing support to help drive key initiatives, and project management. Key responsibilities include: 

• Contributing to the management and analyzing of marketing data, creating pivot tables, exporting data from Salesforce for further analysis, helping to identify gaps, and supporting recommendations for improvements. 

• Supporting tasks related to marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions. 

• Project managing marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery. 

• Providing support for the Marketing Operations team as needed. 

• Supporting the team with fiscal planning, including strategy and metrics. 

• Managing the marketing intake process. 

• Supporting the PR & Communications team with Core Release List monitoring and updating. 

• Supporting other marketing teams as appropriate. 

Qualifications: 

• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. 

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 

• Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools and platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketo Measure). 

• Experience supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies. 

• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile) and tools (Jira). 

• Excellent communication skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Self-started and able to execute with little direction.
