We’re looking for a?Resource Management Analyst?to join our dynamic Insurance Operations team. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Insurance Operations, you’ll play a key role in optimizing resource allocation, supporting service excellence, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven strategies.
What you will do:

Develop and manage scheduling and capacity planning for Insurance Operations production roles.

Partner with Operations Leaders to create and implement resource allocation plans that support service level goals and enhance staff experience.

Analyze and triage events to minimize impact on client experience and maintain SLA performance.

Provide accurate, data-backed recommendations to maximize resource utilization.
-
Monitor task processing times and recommend improvements based on data trends.

Collaborate with business partners to understand forecasts and operational results.

Build and refine forecasting models and FTE governance frameworks.

Reconcile forecasts with actuals and provide insights on variances.
-
Track KPIs and integrate findings into strategic action plans.

Act as a subject matter expert on capacity, inventory, and performance data.

Align staff skills with work inventory and forecasted needs to inform training and hiring. Communicate trends and insights to support better decision-making.
What you will bring:

University degree in a related field.
-
Deep understanding of forecasting models in service operations.
-
Experience developing and reporting KPIs and performance metrics.
-
Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, statistical modeling).
-
Familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint is a plus.

Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for interpreting complex data.

A service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Experience using business intelligence tools to support operational leaders.

A proactive, collaborative, and creative approach to challenges.

The base salary for this position is between $52,800.00 - $97,700.00 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
