We empower our product teams to solve challenging customer and business problems in ways that delight our customers while supporting our business goals. Our cross-functional teams include a product manager, designer, and engineers. We are expanding our product teams to enable the creation of the next generation of AI voice applications, which is an excellent opportunity to help shape the direction and success of our new products.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

 

  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap to enable our clients to develop industry-defining AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver solutions that achieve shared outcomes.
  • Champion customer needs by understanding their perspective and effectively communicating their requirements.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to iterate on an outcomes-based product roadmap aligned with our product vision and strategy.
  • Uphold and enforce our product's ethical guidelines and standards.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to make data-informed decisions and continuously iterate toward better customer and business outcomes.
  • Communicate product learnings, insights, and decisions clearly across the organization to build shared context and understanding.

 

About You

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering high-impact products as a product manager
  • Product discovery and problem-solving skills—proven ability to frame challenges, identify needs, and measure success through research, data analysis, and testing
  • Natural collaborator who works effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Skilled at using data to uncover insights, measure experiments, and drive decisions
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with demonstrated success in influencing without authority
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguous situations
  • Strong verbal and written communicator who contributes constructively to team discussions
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly to change and maintains focus on outcomes
  • Proven track record of working successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for Voices' mission and the problems we're solving

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in the audio or video industry
  • Marketplace experience
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and AI regulations 
Work Arrangement
We are a hybrid workplace, allowing employees to work remotely from home. However, this position requires one in-office day per month on pre-set dates, during which all company employees are expected to attend. Our office is located at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario.
