As a Supply and Demand Analyst, you will be working closely with Finance, Sales, PMs, Planning and Purchasing Teams to drive the creation and maintenance of the forecasting process. Managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability for production and our customers. Actively apply a continuous improvement approach to work processes, including reporting automation, where applicable.
Accountabilities:

Owner of demand, supply and inventory forecasts, compliant to Danaher Accounting Policies

Determine forecast utilizing Production-Sales-Inventory (PSI) Process for After-Market-Parts-Service (AMPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM)

Managing period end processing cycle, establishing an exception processes, enabling the monitoring of material supply against demand

Determine appropriate inventory policies in ERP system to support customer LT expectations

Create and generate reports and performance analyses of KPIs, including out-of-stock, days of supply and aging inventories

Preparing quarterly Kanban sizing calculations to control inventory levels

Support Production and Finance with month-end and year-end close-out activities
Qualifications:
-
Degree/Diploma in Supply-Chain-Management, Operations Management, Business or Equivalent. CPIM certification an asset

Over 5-years experience in Material Planning, Inventory Control or Financial Analysis

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems

Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory control principals, including Kanban and Cycle Counts
-
Process focused with continuous improvement and customer (user) mindset

Works collaboratively across a variety of functions for maximum impact

Excellent planning and organization skills

Excellent verbal and writing skills
-
Proficiency with Business Analytic Tools (Tableau or PowerBI) considered an asset
