OneChart Clinical Documentation

 

The Support Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our essential software applications, working closely under the guidance of their Systems Analyst. As the primary point of contact for end-users, the support promptly addresses issues, conducts workflow analyses, and investigates solutions, escalating to the Systems Analysts as needed. With experience, the support analyst may take on responsibilities for smaller projects and represent their application in larger, more complex initiatives as directed by the team lead. Their expertise and dedication contribute significantly to the reliability and effectiveness of our healthcare systems. The Clinical Documentation team is responsible for the design, build, and integrity of documentation components within our Electronic Health Record (OneChart). This team is primarily responsible for Nursing, Provider, and Health Discipline documentation, including PowerForms, Dynamic Documentation, and clinical flowsheets. 

 

What we offer:

Qualifications

 
  • Two (2) year Community College Diploma in Clinical focus designation (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiology, Laboratory, Medical Office Administration) or focus relevant to the supported application or equivalent experience as acceptable by hospital
  • University degree preferred
  • One (1) to Three (3) years of recent and related worked experience in Information Technology or a Business Support Services Field
  • Registration/licensing, where regulatory body exists
  • Recent and relevant experience with OneChart Cerner Millennium applications
  • Experience with established applicable clinical processes, nomenclature and hospital environment
  • Experience in project management or systems support
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing process re-design
  • Demonstrated strong skills in process-centric thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate a large quantity of diverse information and apply analytical skills to identify, understand and problem solve in a technology-based environment
  • Knowledge of and ability to use, troubleshoot and test a variety of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, electronic health applications) as relevant to the role
  • Advanced ability to interact with others with diplomacy, tact and professionalism
  • Advanced ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Advanced commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, writing, listening, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with established clinical processes, nomenclature, and the hospital environment
