Data & System Management Specialist
Location: Remote Canada
Reports To: Senior Account Executive

The Role:
The Data & System Management Specialist leads internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors in various Digital Marketing initiatives for Stellantis Canada and their Dealers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Program Management and Information Technology, with the ability to think through technical concepts and manage them through to completion.
The Impact You Will Have In This Role
The Data & System Management Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that existing programs and applications supporting our client's Digital Marketing initiatives continue to meet their intended purposes and to collaborate with multiple departments to ensure that new requests and projects meet the requirements set out by the Digital Marketing team from beginning to production deployment.
What You'll Be Doing In This Role
- Maintain and enhance database feeds for multiple projects like Connected vehicle, Sirius XM, Sirius Guardian, Mopar Owner, and other projects
- Resolve data escalations from Warranty, Customer Experience and other departments
- Create and maintain marketing codes for data collection and reporting
- Create and enhance CMS tasks/projects like Form/Facebook data flow, Manifest Lists, Email Collection, Customer Preference Centre, Dealer Billings and other tasks as required
- Maintain content and applications on the Canadian Dealer web portal (DealerCONNECT) and Field portal (FieldCONNECT)
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Demonstrable experience in Project Management, Marketing/Advertising or Information Technology
- Have worked in the Automotive industry
- Responsibility for writing and presenting project proposals which may include technical concepts
- Proven ability to hold themselves accountable within a fast-paced environment
- Must have a Driver’s license and be able to travel to the U.S. for meetings as required
I’m looking for the kind of person who enjoys "getting their hands dirty", who can execute a plan on very little information and who takes ownership of their job duties. This person has strong communication skills and understands the need to constantly manage the flow of communication between multiple groups (sometimes with competing priorities) to ensure that core tasks and responsibilities do not drop or run off course during the engagement of a project or high priority task.
