You as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for our Financial Management System (FMS) will: 

• Be fully accountable for deliverables and customer satisfaction.
•  Be responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance policies and procedures are followed and maintained. 
• Be responsible for efficiencies, standardization of tools and methodologies. 
• Create, execute and maintain effective test plans, test cases and test data based on business requirements. 
• Conduct root cause analysis on problems identified by internal teams and end users. 
• Accurately write and review development specifications, ensuring both a business and technical understanding. 
• Monitor and report on projects and ticket statuses. 
• Perform data changes and fixes. 
• Create SQL queries for end users. 

Is this the right role for you? 

• 3+ yrs of Software Quality Assurance industry experience. 
• You have experience working with finance and ERP applications, in an environment with multiple integrated systems and complex business logic. 
• Technical expertise in manual, automated, functional, performance, REST API and microservices testing. 
• Strong technical knowledge in a wide range of Quality Assurance tools such as TestRail and Fortra Automate are an asset. 
• Experience with the IBM i platform is an asset. 
• A university degree in Software Engineering, or equivalent.
