Research Associate - CX Solutions

Location: Toronto (remote)
Reports to: Senior Research Manager, CX Solutions
The Role: The Senior Associate will collaborate with team members, internal departments, external software platform partners, and clients to ensure Customer Experience (CX) programs are built to specification while meeting our clients’ business objectives. The Research Associate will be working within a fast-paced team environment and will be personally responsible for the data collection and delivery of reports and analysis to our clients. The Research Associate is a quick learner who craves learning new skills and can work under deadline pressures. The Research Associate will have an interest in the CX industry and providing transformative solutions to various industries.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and ongoing managed services for OEM CX programs
- Design questionnaire, sample programming, and data processing specifications
- Support the development of reports and client presentations
- Support the delivery of customized analysis and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Track project status on open items and own client and vendor meeting agenda creation
- Develop expertise in technical details and functionality of program platforms for OEM CX engagements
- Lead quality assurance checks on platform releases and program initiatives
- Facilitate client meetings on a regular basis
- Support financial management activities with your assigned projects
- Coordinate multiple project tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
- Ensure the accuracy of client deliverables
- Establish professional working relationships within the department and with other departments where appropriate
- Maintain direct and timely interactions with clients to serve as a trusted advisor and provide world-class service throughout the project life cycle
- Support and promote the company's Code of Business Ethics, Company Values, and Leadership Attributes
- BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university in market research, statistics, economics or related discipline and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical reasoning, and decision-making skills
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Proven leadership abilities, accountability, and initiative
- Strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with product and project management processes
- Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives, and deadlines
- Experience with questionnaire design, analysis planning, data interpretation, and reporting
- Proficiency in Office 365 suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
- French language proficiency is preferred
- Proficiency in SPSS
- Strong analytical and writing skills
