The Opportunity
As the Engineering Data Management Specialist this person will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across the PDM Vault, Drawing SharePoint Library, and ERP System. He/she/they will be the expert in the best ways of organizing and managing data onsite in London and will guide informed decisions about our data management process. We will rely on her/them/him to optimize effectiveness and consistently seek to improve data management methods. Day to day you will:

Create and edit the Engineering Item Master Data and Engineering BOMS within the LN Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environment through the EN Process.

Perform non-technical checks of all documents and reports submitted for release to ensure compliance with policies and requirements.

Support the maintenance of data management processes to ensure compliance and consistency with applicable internal standards such as ISO
Are you qualified?
-
Post-Secondary education in Data Management or related field required
-
2+ years’ experience maintaining databases, knowledge management systems or engineering change management processes required
-
Experience with Microsoft Office required
It would be a plus if you are also experienced in:

PDM Vault Administration
-
ERP system (preferred Infor LN)
