About the role

The Salesforce Workflow and UI Architect designs the user experience layer of our Salesforce platform. This role ensures that our internal Salesforce apps are efficient, intuitive, and elegant — built on modern Lightning design principles and optimized for business automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end workflow automation and UI design strategies in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process pain points into optimized flows, screens, and Lightning pages.
  • Lead the design of dynamic forms, guided experiences, and Flow Orchestration.
  • Define UI/UX standards and ensure adoption across teams.
  • Partner with developers to deliver scalable, high-performance front-end components.
  • Evaluate new UI technologies (OmniStudio, Dynamic Interactions, Einstein Copilot) for enterprise use.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years building Flows, Lightning components, and modern Salesforce UIs.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Screen Flow, and Flow Orchestration best practices.
  • Proven background in business process automation and UX optimization.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Experience Cloud certification.


Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Figma or similar design tools.
  • Background in OmniStudio, Einstein Copilot, or embedded AI UI patterns.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.

 

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice-to-have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
